We can SHOW YOU HOW to become a better man, but, YOU need to do the work. You need to show up.
We built this platform for you to become a better man. We have the training and the systems in place for that to work. It’s all up to you though. We can’t and will not do it for you. This program has helped so many men and it can help you too. But you have to be committed.

Fixing your health is our priority. Your health is imperative.
We can’t function optimally unless we have optimal health!
Just imagine for a minute, without your body, you can’t do anything… Nothing! We tend to take it for granted, but we can’t. We must prioritise.
The improved body image that goes with better health translates to better self-esteem and that is the gate to endless possibilities.
As your coach, my job is to inspire you, set the example and guide you in the right direction.

The Question is WHY?
We flip tyres, do push-ups with massive chains wrapped around our shoulders, lift heavy kegs that move and sway with every lift.
We carry huge steel beams, lift heavy barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.
It’s all “Man stuff”, it’s loads of fun and it’s really challenging.
The reason the guys keep coming back is the WHY! It’s about…..the group.
The brotherhood. Hanging with guys that are all trying to better themselves, there’s something special about that.
Here’s something to ponder.
If you are fat and wanna lose weight, hang with fit people.
If you want a better relationship with your partner, hang with guys who have great relationships with their partner.
Want to be stronger and move better? Hang with people who are trying to achieve the same.
Want a better job or promotion? Hang with higher achievers.
Emulate and learn!
You ARE who you hang with.
It’s not rocket science!
This is a never ending journey. We must focus on continual improvement. In fitness and health, in our relationships, in our finances, in ourselves.
Yes, it’s hard, life gets in the way, things happen, but we can’t drop the ball. We must be leaders. We must be there for our families. We must lead them and be strong enough to do that both physically and mentally.
We can be better men. But… we need to put in the work. We can’t drop the ball on any of these areas or our life will be incomplete.
We need to strive for improvement. Continual improvement and we need to stop the excuses.
- Miss a gym session or 2? Get back into it!
- Miss a superannuation payment? Pay it!
- wasting money? Sort it.
- Yell at your partner or kids? Apologise and do something really special to make up for it, but sort the problem.
Your wife is your life partner. Make her your queen, make her feel special.
Happy wife happy life isn’t bullshit you know. Always work on building a better relationship.
We must keep trying to be better men. It’s not easy, but it’s possible. No excuses. Just keep trying.
